Remote Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – California-Based

Location: Riverside, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)

As we expand to meet growing community needs, we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) to join our integrative care team. Whether you're newly licensed or bring years of experience, this is a unique opportunity to shape your practice in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on your interest and expertise.
  • Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, LCSWs, LMFTs, and case managers to deliver whole-person care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and California Board of Psychology standards.
  • Engage in regular clinical consultations, peer supervision, and optional case conferences to enhance clinical acumen and reduce burnout.
  • Participate in program development and community outreach efforts, depending on your interests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
  • Experienced or highly trained in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, or family systems approaches
  • Passionate about working with diverse populations and committed to culturally responsive care
  • A clear communicator, compassionate listener, and collaborative team member
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
  • Eager to grow professionally and contribute to a supportive clinical community
