About the Role:

As a trusted mental health provider in Iowa, our outpatient practice is built on the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships — and we’re looking for a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) who is ready to make a lasting impact.

Your Impact as a Psychologist:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations, including diagnostic clarification, neuropsychological screenings, and personality assessments
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic, integrative)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
  • Collaborate with a team of LMHCs, LMFTs, psychiatric providers, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care
  • Provide consultation, case collaboration, and potentially supervise pre-licensed professionals (if interested)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Holds a PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program
  • Has an active Iowa license (or is license-eligible within 90 days)
  • Demonstrates strong assessment and therapeutic skills across diverse populations
  • Is committed to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
  • Values collaboration, lifelong learning, and clinical excellence
  • Experience with children, couples, trauma, or underserved populations is a plus!

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation, salaried or fee-for-service based on your preference
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (W-2 employees)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and flexible scheduling
  • Annual CEU allowance and paid professional development time
  • Opportunities for supervision, consultation, and leadership roles
  • Access to full administrative support and a modern EHR
  • A warm, values-driven, and inclusive workplace culture

If you're a licensed psychologist who’s passionate about client-centered care and ready to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
