Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Outpatient Mental Health
Location: Pella, Iowa
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
As a trusted mental health provider in Iowa, our outpatient practice is built on the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships — and we’re looking for a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) who is ready to make a lasting impact.
Your Impact as a Psychologist:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, including diagnostic clarification, neuropsychological screenings, and personality assessments
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic, integrative)
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Collaborate with a team of LMHCs, LMFTs, psychiatric providers, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care
- Provide consultation, case collaboration, and potentially supervise pre-licensed professionals (if interested)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Holds a PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program
- Has an active Iowa license (or is license-eligible within 90 days)
- Demonstrates strong assessment and therapeutic skills across diverse populations
- Is committed to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
- Values collaboration, lifelong learning, and clinical excellence
- Experience with children, couples, trauma, or underserved populations is a plus!
