Location: Torrance, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)

We are seeking a Licensed PSYD Clinical Psychologist to join our thriving outpatient clinic. You will work with diverse client populations, conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy in a supportive and flexible environment. This role offers a mix of telehealth and in-person opportunities, depending on your location and client preference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct initial psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, LCSWs, and case managers
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and case consultations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Psychology (PSYD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Required)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
