Location: Tucson, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join us in transforming lives—one session at a time.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) at [Clinic Name], you will provide comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient setting. You’ll work with a diverse client population across the lifespan, offering assessments, diagnostics, and psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Iowa (Required)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience working with couples, families, and children in outpatient or community-based settings
  • Strong clinical skills in systems theory, relational therapy, and trauma-informed practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A spirit of collaboration and lifelong learning

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, case managers, and other providers
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultation, and continuing education opportunities
  • Offer culturally competent care to a diverse population, with a trauma-informed lens
