At [Your Clinic or Organization Name], we’re building something different — a mental health space where clinicians feel supported, clients feel seen, and evidence-based practice drives meaningful change.
We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our collaborative outpatient team in California. Whether you’re passionate about trauma, anxiety, identity work, relationships, or assessment, we have the client base, infrastructure, and team culture to help you thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults, adolescents, or couples in an outpatient setting (in-person, hybrid, or virtual).
- Conduct diagnostic interviews, develop individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes.
- Offer psychological assessments (if within your scope/interest), with access to our full battery of tools and support.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including LMFTs, LCSWs, PMHNPs, and support staff.
- Engage in regular clinical consultation and optional peer supervision to keep growing and connected.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in the state of California.
- Experienced in outpatient therapy (2+ years post-licensure preferred, but open to strong early-career psychologists).
- Passionate about working with diverse populations and maintaining a culturally competent lens.
- Comfortable using evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapies.
- Organized, ethical, and enthusiastic about long-term therapeutic relationships.
- Assessment experience is a plus, but not required.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
- Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload
- Flexible scheduling and hybrid (remote/in-person) options
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Weekly clinical supervision and peer consultation
- Paid time off and continuing education stipend
- Administrative support for billing, scheduling, and credentialing
- Opportunity to focus on clinical work—minimal paperwork, maximum impact
If you're a PsyD ready to bring your expertise to a mission-driven outpatient team, we want to hear from you.
