Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Your Role:
We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join us in transforming lives—one session at a time.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD), you will provide comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient setting. You’ll work with a diverse client population across the lifespan, offering assessments, diagnostics, and psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. This position is ideal for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a well-established and growing practice.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in Wyoming.
- Experience providing outpatient therapy across diverse populations (preferred but not required).
- Expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship issues.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.).
- A commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care.
- Collaborative spirit, high emotional intelligence, and a dedication to lifelong learning.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:
- Conduct intake evaluations, psychological testing, and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other specialists.
- Deliver psychoeducation and mental health support services to clients and families.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in case consultations, clinical team meetings, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
