Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) to join our dynamic outpatient team in Florida. In this role, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) at [Your Clinic Name], you’ll provide comprehensive psychological services, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Offering individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, etc.)
  • Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
  • Providing crisis intervention and support for those in acute distress
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining up-to-date records using our user-friendly EHR system
  • Participating in case consultation with a multidisciplinary team
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) who:

  • Holds an active PsyD license in the state of Florida (or is license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Has clinical experience in outpatient or private practice settings
  • Is skilled in administering psychological assessments and providing psychotherapy
  • Demonstrates proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, etc.)
  • Has a commitment to culturally competent care and working with diverse populations
  • Works well independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Is proficient in telehealth platforms and adaptable to flexible work arrangement
