Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Are you a dedicated Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) looking to work in a values-driven outpatient practice that prioritizes client care, clinician wellness, and professional growth? We’re building something different — a mental health space where clinicians feel supported, clients feel seen, and evidence-based practice drives meaningful change.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our collaborative outpatient team in California. Whether you’re passionate about trauma, anxiety, identity work, relationships, or assessment, we have the client base, infrastructure, and team culture to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide teletherapy to a diverse caseload of adult clients (option to work with children or couples if desired)
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations (as applicable)
  • Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in a secure EMR system
  • Attend virtual team meetings or case consultations (optional but encouraged)
  • Adhere to HIPAA and California Board of Psychology ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted California Psychologist License.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (pre-licensure experience will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Experience and comfort with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Flexible scheduling options (work-life balance prioritized)
  • Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, tech support handled for you)
  • Competitive compensation structure + performance bonuses
  • Health insurance options for full-time clinicians
  • Paid CEU opportunities and access to professional development resources
  • A culture of clinical excellence, respect, collaboration, and mutual growth
  • Company retreats (virtual and/or optional in-person gatherings!)
  • Opportunity to shape new programs and innovate your clinical practice

If you're a PsyD ready to bring your expertise to a mission-driven outpatient team, we want to hear from you.
