Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) – Outpatient Mental Health

Location: Catalina , Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As a Clinical Psychologist, you’ll provide comprehensive, client-centered psychotherapy and psychological assessment services. Whether your passion is trauma work, health psychology, relationship issues, or mood disorders, we help you build a caseload that reflects your strengths and interests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing (if desired)
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Engage in optional peer consultation, case discussions, and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona (Supervision available for postdocs)
  • Strong foundation in CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence-based modalities
  • Dedication to cultural competence and ethical practice
  • Interest in ongoing professional development and collaborative care
