Position: Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)

Location: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic | Scarborough, Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our well-established outpatient practice in scenic Maine. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD), you will provide comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient setting. You’ll work with a diverse client population across the lifespan, offering assessments, diagnostics, and psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. This position is ideal for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a well-established and growing practice.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the state of Maine
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment and psychotherapy
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, integrative models, or specialization in an area such as ADHD, chronic illness, or LGBTQ+ mental health is a plus
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, and ethical care

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians and community partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Optionally, provide supervision or participate in group consultation (additional stipend available)
