Position Overview

As a Psychologist (PsyD), you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, individual therapy, and treatment planning for a wide variety of mental health concerns. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on your clients' lives while working in a dynamic, flexible environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess mental health disorders, including administering and interpreting a variety of tests.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address mental health concerns, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate care.
- Work closely with other clinicians, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to stay current on the latest research, therapeutic approaches, and assessment tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state of California.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting (preferred). Experience in psychological testing and assessments is a plus.
- Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Experience with a variety of psychological assessment tools.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and provide compassionate care.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
