What You’ll Do:
- Conducting individual psychotherapy for a diverse population of adults, teens, or children (depending on your expertise)
- Offering psychological assessments and evaluations, where applicable (neuropsych, ADHD, diagnostic, etc.)
- Utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed modalities
- Collaborating in multidisciplinary care when needed
- Completing all required documentation (notes, assessments, treatment plans) in a timely, ethical, and compliant manner
- Participating in case consultation, peer support groups, or professional development opportunities (optional but encouraged)
- A PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current, active California licensure as a psychologist (licensed only; postdocs not accepted at this time)
- Experience providing individual therapy, ideally with 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to treat complex presentations, including mood disorders, trauma, and relational issues
- Commitment to cultural competence, equity, and nonjudgmental care
- Tech-savviness and comfort with EHR systems and secure video platforms
