Location: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic | Davenport, Iowa

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD), you will provide comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient setting. You’ll work with a diverse client population across the lifespan, offering assessments, diagnostics, and psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Iowa.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to diverse populations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
