Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits
Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality psychotherapy and psychological assessments for adults, adolescents, or children (depending on specialization). The position is flexible, with full-time or part-time options and the choice to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individual, couples, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (if applicable)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards
- Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and peer support sessions
- Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance and cultural sensitivity
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Active psychologist license in the state of New Jersey (required)
- Postdoctoral training or fellowship experience preferred but not required
- Experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, or personality disorders is a plus
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply
