We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality psychotherapy and psychological assessments for adults, adolescents, or children (depending on specialization). The position is flexible, with full-time or part-time options and the choice to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (if applicable)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards

  • Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance and cultural sensitivity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Active psychologist license in the state of New Jersey (required)
  • Postdoctoral training or fellowship experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, or personality disorders is a plus
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and rapport-building skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply

Benefits and Perks:

  • Highly competitive compensation (W2 or 1099 options available)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time staff)
  • Flexible scheduling, including hybrid telehealth options
  • Clinical autonomy with access to team support and supervision
  • Continuing education assistance and CEU reimbursement
  • Opportunities for leadership, program development, or specialty focus areas
  • Warm, collegial team culture that values both professional and personal growth
  • Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, and EHR systems provided)

We’re building something meaningful—and we want you to be part of it.
