Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) – Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Location: Fontana, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As a PsyD on our team, you will offer high-impact psychotherapy and assessment services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations
  • Developing and implementing personalized, research-informed treatment plans
  • Providing individual, couples, or family therapy with a focus on relational, cognitive-behavioral, or integrative approaches
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, MFTs, social workers, and case managers as part of a coordinated care model
  • Offering crisis intervention and referral when needed
  • Participating in optional peer consultation, clinical training, and team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive EHR system

What We’re Looking For:

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Active licensure as a psychologist in California (or license eligible within 30 days)
  • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapy and/or psychological assessment
  • Passion for trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, and mental health equity
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation habits
  • Experience in outpatient or community mental health
