Location: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic | Champlin, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

In this role, you’ll provide a variety of psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions, to individuals and families across the lifespan. You will work in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and respect for each client's unique needs.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Active Minnesota Psychologist License (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) or licensure eligibility within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience in clinical psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals and families.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices, with experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modality
  • Passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural humility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for individuals and families, including cognitive, emotional, and personality assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy to a diverse clientele, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, using a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings to ensure high-quality care and foster professional development.
  • Provide consultation with other behavioral health providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to support holistic care for clients.
