Now Hiring: Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) –Maryland
Location: Owings Mills, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

As we expand our services, we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, integrity, and transformative impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to clients based on your specialty.
- Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with state and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure holistic care.
- Attend regular supervision and team meetings (virtual or in-person).
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in psychology and mental health.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active license (or license-eligible) to practice as a psychologist in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure (supervised hours may be considered).
- Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR).
- Commitment to cultural competence, equity, and working with diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
