You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, efficient systems, and a leadership model that values clinical freedom and personal integrity.

  • Support our collective mission of providing inclusive and equitable mental health services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in California
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (2+ years preferred)

What You’ll Receive:

  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy to build your ideal caseload
  • Competitive, transparent compensation with productivity incentives

  • Benefits package for full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and more
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment where your voice and expertise are valued
  • Ongoing clinical consultation, supervision (if needed), and professional growth opportunities
  • Warm, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and clinician wellness
