Join a mission-driven outpatient behavioral health clinic in beautiful Nevada where your expertise is valued, your growth is nurtured, and your impact is undeniable.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you’ll provide direct clinical services to a diverse outpatient population. Whether you're passionate about psychological testing, therapy, or both, your work will help our clients build resilience, process trauma, and achieve meaningful change.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations (if applicable to your skillset).
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Nevada (or license eligible within 90 days).
  • Experience in outpatient mental health preferred, including with mood, trauma-related, and anxiety disorders.
  • Experience with psychological assessment is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural competence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive compensation with productivity incentives.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits package.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and CEU support.
  • Flexible hybrid scheduling options are available.
  • Full administrative support so you can focus on your clients.
  • Access to ongoing training, supervision (if needed), and professional development.
  • A collegial, inclusive culture that prioritizes your well-being as much as your performance.

Your next chapter in mental health care begins here — and we can’t wait to welcome you.
