Location: Buffalo , New York
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 to $95,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

Are you a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) looking to practice in a setting that allows for autonomy, collaboration, and a deep focus on patient care? Do you want to be part of an organization that values innovation, diversity, and evidence-based treatment—while still maintaining the warmth and flexibility of a local, clinician-led team?

As a Clinical Psychologist, you’ll conduct diagnostic assessments, provide individual and/or group psychotherapy, and contribute your expertise to a collaborative treatment team. You’ll have the freedom to tailor your caseload to your interests—whether your passion lies in trauma recovery, anxiety and mood disorders, chronic illness, ADHD/neurodivergence, or working with specific populations such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or veterans.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments (including testing, if applicable)
  • Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy based on your areas of specialty
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers for holistic treatment planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using a secure EHR system
  • Participate in peer consultation groups and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of New York
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Interest or experience in underserved or marginalized communities is a plus
  • Comfortable with hybrid or telehealth models of care

Benefits and Perks:

  • Highly competitive salary or hourly compensation, W-2 or 1099 models
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits (for full-time W-2 positions)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and 11+ paid holidays
  • Continuing education stipend + CEU opportunities
  • Clinical support team to manage billing, referrals, and scheduling
  • Flexible schedule with hybrid or fully remote options available
  • An inclusive, non-hierarchical culture that values your clinical judgment
