Hiring Now: Licensed Psychologist – Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic | Washington
Location: Marysville, Washington
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Your Role:
Are you a licensed psychologist ready to make a real impact in a setting that values clinical depth, community connection, and quality of life? Our outpatient mental health clinic in Washingtonis seeking a dedicated and insightful Licensed Psychologist to join our team and serve a diverse population in a region where your work truly matters.
As a licensed psychologist, you will deliver comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient setting, using both in-person and telehealth platforms as appropriate. Your caseload will include individuals across the lifespan, and you will have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as trauma, neuropsychological assessment, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, or health psychology, depending on your interests and expertise.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Current Washington licensure as a psychologist (or eligibility to become licensed within 3–6 months).
- Strong foundation in assessment, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in rural or underserved communities is a plus, but not required.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, or referral purposes.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, schools, case managers, and other professionals to support holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate, ethical documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision (as a supervisor or supervisee), and ongoing professional development.
