Competitive pay and incentives: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to work in-office with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning. You’ll work closely with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to work in-office with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning. You’ll work closely with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide consultation and collaborate with in-house clinical staff
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Follow ethical and legal standards in all care delivery
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted California Medical License
- Current DEA license
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome!)
- Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Must be available to work on-site at our California office
