As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. You will work with diverse populations across the lifespan, addressing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and chronic mental health conditions. Your clinical voice will be trusted, and your judgment respected.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and interventions
- Provide psychotherapy to clients across various age groups and clinical needs
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including LMFTs, LCSWs, and psychiatric providers
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education initiatives
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed as a Psychologist in California (or license-eligible within 30 days)
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
- Trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to care
- Comfortable using EHRs and managing clinical documentation requirements
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.)
