Location: Vancouver, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers as part of an interdisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For :
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Washington
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and cultural competence
- Experience with telehealth platforms (preferred for remote roles)
- Passion for supporting diverse populations and promoting mental wellness
