Now Hiring: Licensed Psychologist – Maryland (In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote)
Location: Dundalk, Maryland
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
As a Licensed Psychologist, you will provide clinical services to a diverse client population, conduct psychological evaluations, and offer individual, couples, or group therapy. You'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and improve their mental well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Administer and interpret psychological testing (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation in EHR
- Consult with other providers and participate in case reviews (as needed)
- Stay up-to-date with licensure requirements, CEUs, and ethical standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
- Active and unrestricted Maryland Psychology license
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and electronic documentation
- 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
