We're Hiring: Licensed Psychologist

Location: Ellsworth, Iowa
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview:
The Licensed Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, individual and/or group therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support clients' emotional and behavioral health. This position allows flexibility for in-person, hybrid, or remote delivery of services depending on your clinical specialty and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and testing for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and school or workplace accommodations
  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Interpret and communicate assessment results clearly to clients and/or referring providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and community organizations
  • Participate in peer consultations, team meetings, and continuing education as appropriate
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted Iowa psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience providing psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and DSM-5 diagnoses
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and time-management skills
  • Cultural humility and a commitment to serving diverse populations
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems (or willingness to learn)
