Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to helping clients improve their mental well-being through assessment, therapy, and evidence-based interventions. You’ll have the flexibility to work in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity, depending on your preference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments as needed
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated client care

What You Bring:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active Psychologist license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health diagnoses
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems (if remote)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
