Location: Sacramento, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments (as needed)
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic formulation
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using EHR systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., psychiatrists, LCSWs, LMFTs) for continuity of care
  • Participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and clinical trainings
  • Option to supervise interns or post-doctoral trainees (if desired)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted California Psychologist license
  • Strong foundation in clinical diagnostics, therapeutic modalities, and ethics
  • Proficiency in providing virtual/telehealth therapy (if remote role desired)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with DSM-5 and psychological testing protocols
