We’re Hiring: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – California

Location: Long Beach, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments (as needed)
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic formulation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using EHR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., psychiatrists, LCSWs, LMFTs) for continuity of care
- Participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and clinical trainings
- Option to supervise interns or post-doctoral trainees (if desired)
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active and unrestricted California Psychologist license
- Strong foundation in clinical diagnostics, therapeutic modalities, and ethics
- Proficiency in providing virtual/telehealth therapy (if remote role desired)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with DSM-5 and psychological testing protocols
