We’re Hiring: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Wyoming

Location: Afton, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview

The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide direct clinical services, including psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations. You will work with individuals across the lifespan, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of clients in both urban and rural Wyoming communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on diagnostic formulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, case managers, and medical professionals
  • Participate in peer consultation, supervision, and continuing education opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Wyoming (or eligible for licensure)
  • Experience in psychological testing, diagnostic formulation, and psychotherapy
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5, ethical practice standards, and HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
