Location: Lihue, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 a year + Benefits

Are you a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) passionate about providing culturally competent, trauma-informed psychological services? Join our dedicated behavioral health team in Hawaii and contribute to improving the emotional wellness of diverse communities across the islands.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic testing
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs and strengths
  • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and licensing regulations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, counselors, and medical providers
  • Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development
  • Engage with community outreach and mental health promotion efforts

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Hawaii
  • Strong clinical skills in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy
  • Experience working with diverse populations, preferably including Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to cultural humility and trauma-informed care
