Full-time Radiologist Needed at HighMark Health Care Group in Fairfield, CT
Under the direction of the Department Director and Radiology Manager and in collaboration with radiologists, the Radiologic Technologist I performs technical diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities according to department standards for all patients served. Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff. Participates in quality control and organizational improvement activities. Participates in call schedule to meet staffing needs of the department. Travels to and from off-campus locations to perform radiographic or fluoroscopic procedures when requested.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiologist. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting exams in his/her area of expertise and to work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide unprecedented service in the medical community.
Salary:
$400k to $600k a year
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Knowledge of radiologic equipment. Supervisory abilities and effective oral and written communication skills.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Technologist in a medical setting preferred.
- Training in CT Scanning preferred.
- Must be ARRT
