Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, assisting physicians in detecting and treating injuries and illnesses. You’ll play a critical role on a multidisciplinary team—balancing technical accuracy with compassionate patient interactions every day.

Job Duties:

  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images of specific areas of the body
  • Position patients accurately and ensure safety throughout each procedure
  • Follow established protocols for radiation protection and infection control
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Monitor equipment functionality and assist with quality control procedures
  • Provide clear explanations and emotional support to patients undergoing imaging exams

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • New York State License as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
  • ARRT Certification (R) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS preferred for trauma/emergency settings)
  • Proficiency in digital imaging equipment and PACS systems
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital or urgent care environment
