Now Hiring: Full-Time Radiologic Technologist ( Phoenix ,Arizona )

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures that help our physicians diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. You’ll ensure that all imaging is conducted accurately and safely, following established protocols while keeping the patient's experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper documentation of results.

Job Duties:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams using advanced imaging technology
  • Ensure accurate imaging through proper patient positioning and technique
  • Assist physicians in real-time fluoroscopic procedures and trauma imaging
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort with empathy and professionalism
  • Support cross-functional care by communicating critical findings and collaborating with nurses, radiologists, and surgeons
  • Stay current on imaging protocols and quality standards, participating in continuing education and departmental training

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited program
  • Current Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent) and licensure in the state of Arizona
  • 1+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred; new graduates will be considered
  • Proficient in operating X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures and ease patients’ concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in diagnostic imaging
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
