Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging exams such as X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging procedures to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Job Duties:

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations, ensuring optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results, using electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ensure the proper sterilization and maintenance of imaging equipment and tools
  • Provide patient education on procedures, potential risks, and post-procedure care as needed
  • Adhere to infection control and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

  • ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology (Required)
  • Current state licensure in Pennsylvania as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Experience in a clinical or hospital environment preferred but not required (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
  • Strong knowledge of radiologic anatomy, positioning techniques, and safety protocols
  • Proficiency with radiology equipment and image acquisition technology
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor with patients
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
