Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient assessments to determine their medical needs and create customized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and follow-up on their efficacy
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical history to track their progress
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and disease management to promote better outcomes
  • Assist physicians during medical procedures and surgeries to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Document patients' medical records accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care

How to Qualify:

  • Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice nursing in the state of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as needed
