SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with a flexible weekly schedule, offering options for part-time and PRN positions to accommodate a variety of work preferences and personal needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take comprehensive patient history and document vital signs accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with daily triage/sick calls, minor medical/surgical procedures, patient assessments, examinations, and treatments.
  • Initiate and meticulously document prescribed protocol agreements for patient care.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the facility, demonstrating exceptional clinical acumen.
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of licensed practical/vocational nursing staff, providing mentorship and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current RN licensure, ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements.
  • Current BLS provider card, reflecting proficiency in basic life support techniques.
  • ACLS and PALS provider cards are preferred.
  • Completion of a telemetry course certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
