Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional travel and flexibility for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.


Role Overview:

  • Operate within a vibrant and competitive sales landscape, primarily engaging with hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with healthcare professionals such as surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Engage in relationship-building, product expertise dissemination, and strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue goals.


Salary and Compensation:

  • Annual compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 + commission and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to physician offices in Southern Maryland, focusing on Cardiology office for patient referrals.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business avenues, and cultivate a robust client pipeline.
  • Undertake comprehensive market research, understanding customer preferences to effectively promote our products.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through consultative sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor movements to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events, enhancing product awareness and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, with the flexibility for frequent travel within the designated region.
