Work Schedule:

  • Full-time or Part-time options available.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility required for occasional travel, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.


Role Overview:

  • Engage with hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Collaborate with a diverse sales team and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives, promote product expertise, and achieve revenue targets.


Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to physician offices, with a focus on Cardiology for patient referrals in Southern Maryland.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and nurture a strong client pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and effectively promote our products.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders through consultative sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events to enhance product awareness and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel within the designated region.
