Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Role Overview:

  • Engage in sales activities targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and specialized clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse sales team, connecting with healthcare professionals including surgeons, physicians, and administrators.
  • Strategically drive sales initiatives, enhance product awareness, and achieve revenue targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted visits to physicians, with a focus on the Cardiology sector in Southern Maryland.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust client base.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and effectively promote our products.
  • Establish lasting relationships using consultative sales techniques.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth product integration and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry events to enhance product visibility and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation abilities, and effective negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
