Work Schedule:

Positions: Full-time or Part-time.
Days: Monday to Friday. Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note: Flexibility required for occasional travel, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Role Overview:

- Engage in sales activities targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and specialized clinics.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse sales team, connecting with healthcare professionals including surgeons, physicians, and administrators.
- Strategically drive sales initiatives, enhance product awareness, and achieve revenue targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted visits to physicians, with a focus on the Cardiology sector in Southern Maryland.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust client base.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and effectively promote our products. Establish lasting relationships using consultative sales techniques.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth product integration and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry events to enhance product visibility and networking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
Demonstrated success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation abilities, and effective negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated, well-organized, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
