Work Schedule:

  • Positions: Full-time or Part-time.

  • Days: Monday to Friday. Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Note: Flexibility required for occasional travel, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Role Overview:

- Engage in sales activities targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and specialized clinics.

- Work collaboratively with a diverse sales team, connecting with healthcare professionals including surgeons, physicians, and administrators.

- Strategically drive sales initiatives, enhance product awareness, and achieve revenue targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted visits to physicians, with a focus on the Cardiology sector in Southern Maryland.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust client base.

- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and effectively promote our products. Establish lasting relationships using consultative sales techniques.

- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth product integration and client satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry events to enhance product visibility and networking.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.

- Demonstrated success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.

- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation abilities, and effective negotiation techniques.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated, well-organized, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
