Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility: Occasional travel and adaptability in work hours for client meetings, conferences, and events.


Role Overview:

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $75,000 to $95,000, augmented with commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive visits to doctors' offices in Southern Maryland, emphasizing Cardiology office for patient referrals.
  • Strategize and implement sales initiatives to capture the assigned market, spotting new business prospects, and fostering a robust client pipeline.
  • Undertake comprehensive market analysis, discerning customer preferences to effectively position our advanced medical solutions.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with pivotal decision-makers through consultative selling and a keen understanding of their challenges.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations, illuminating the merits and distinctiveness of our offerings.
  • Liaise with internal teams, ensuring smooth solution implementation and consistent client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry shifts, competitor activities, and regulatory alterations, refining sales approaches in response.
  • Represent the company at industry events, bolstering product awareness and forging industry connections.
  • Prioritize post-sales support, ensuring client inquiries are promptly addressed, and relationships are nurtured.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Proven success track in medical device or healthcare sales, fortified by a substantial network in the target region.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Astute business insight, adept at market trend analysis and tailored strategy formulation.
  • Results-oriented with a consistent history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Mastery in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and equipped for frequent travel within the designated territory.
