Work Schedule:
- Full-time or Part-time options available.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Role Overview:
- Engage with hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics in a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse sales team and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
- Execute strategic sales initiatives, promote product expertise, and achieve revenue targets.
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to physician offices, with a focus on Cardiology for patient referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and nurture a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and effectively promote our products.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders through consultative sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product integration and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events to enhance product awareness and networking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in medical device sales or similar healthcare sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel within the designated region.
