Prime Script Sales Representative is seeking a dedicated and high-energy Sales Representative to enhance our Education and Medical Research Sales Efforts.

This is a full-time/part-time position based in the Maryland area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to consultatively sell Prime Script Sales Representative's extensive portfolio of products and services to researchers and staff. Work Schedule:

Choose between full-time or part-time positions, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is essential to accommodate occasional travel, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Role Overview:

  • Engage with hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Collaborate with a diverse sales team and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives, promote product expertise, and achieve revenue targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

How You Will Thrive and Make an Impact:
  • Engage in consultative selling, elucidating product details, understanding customer needs, and providing recommendations for Prime Script Sales Representative's diverse solutions to both prospects and existing customers.
  • Effectively utilize available resources to implement the company's marketing plan, strategies, and sales processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales management to formulate strategic territory business plans, aiming for sales growth and achievement of quotas.
  • Manage Prime Script Sales Representative's extensive product portfolio, executing and implementing company-defined sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and secure new customers by actively managing a sales pipeline and crafting proposals that highlight Prime Script Sales Representative's value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Preferred background in science or manufacturing research.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools, specifically Microsoft Office and Teams, with preference for experience in Salesforce or Clikview.
  • Preference given to those with experience in a laboratory or research environment and/or distribution, coupled with a scientific background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the sciences.
  • Excellent communication and team interaction skills, with regular interactions with customers, manufacturers, and staff.
  • Ability to engage in business conversations with owners and decision-makers.
  • Capacity to work independently, effectively manage time and territory.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to strategically sell within various accounts.
  • Ability to comprehend individual customer operations.
