Work Schedule:
- Full-time or Part-time options available.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility required for occasional travel, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Motivated and self-driven, with a proven history of success in sales.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory.
- Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills.
- Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written.
- Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual).
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information.
- Multi-task along with attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel in the designated region.
