The pandemic has brought about a rapid increase in the number of clients seeking mental help. The telehealth mental health industry is rapidly growing. Thus we are hiring many Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a leading online mental health platform to counsel clients.

Mental Health Therapist responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions with individuals and groups, and referring clients to specialists as needed. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to counsel them in treating various mental health disorders in order to lead a healthier lifestyle. You will provide competent clinical assessment and provide the needed psychotherapy treatment that the clients need with the goal of client recovery.

Each session is 45 minutes with very minimal paperwork.

All clients are low acute and have stable mental conditions. The majority are women with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, low self-esteem, etc. who have relationship issues or marriage problems.

Sourcing clients, Billing, and operations are all handled by the platform.

Requirements

Must have a master's degree

Must have an active independent LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license by New Jersey state board

Must be able to build strong therapeutic rapport with clients

Help improve client's mental and emotional well-being

Must have a laptop in good working condition and a reliable internet connection

Must be authorized to work in the US
