Job Description
Last Update:

We are now offering a substantial bonus to independently licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMFT, and LPC) in Waterbury, Connecticut who join the largest telehealth company in the world to help meet the increasingly high demand for online therapy.
Your Role:
Fully Remote! Substantial Sign-on Bonus! Full/Part time positions!
Your Role:
- You will be seeing clients fully remotely from the comfort of your home. Make your own schedules, work as little as 5 hours a week to supplement your current income, or work full time 40+ hours per week.
- There is very minimal paperwork. Instead of spending hours filling out client reports, the platform handles all paperwork for you, allowing you to focus entirely on what you do the best - healing our community.
- You have the freedom to choose your own client demographics and the platform will send those clients to you.
- You will get unlimited referrals in the state(s) you are licensed in, and never need to acquire new clients by yourself as you might need for your own practice.
- We take solution-based therapy, and most clients are short-term. All patients seen are carefully screened: they are stable and have low acuity.
- Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Must be fully licensed with one of the following licenses issued by your state board:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must NOT have disciplinary actions on your license
- Must NOT be an associate, or an intern
- Sign-on bonus
- $90k - $104K per year depending on caseload
- A monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors
